CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN OF GOODS

A document that definitely indicates the country of origin of the goods. It is issued by the authorized body of the exporting country. It is required for the customs of the importing country in order to carry out correct customs clearance - to apply appropriate, including preferential, tariffs, duty-free regime to imported goods, abolish obligations to pay taxes and other payments. The certificate of origin of goods is issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the manufacturing country. It is not considered a mandatory document, while its absence will not allow obtaining benefits for imported goods. In this case, cargo declaration will be carried out according to the general rules.

PRODUCT SAFETY CERTIFICATE

A document certifying the proper quality and safety of products. It is proof that the product indicated in it meets the requirements approved for it, which are provided for by the current technical standards and rules (GOST, ISO, etc.). The document must be presented to the authorized customs officials when carrying out customs clearance of imported goods in accordance with the requirements of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The list of goods that are subject to mandatory certification is established by law. A certificate is issued to an authorized entity for a consignment of goods received under an international contract.

QUARANTINE CERTIFICATE

A document drawn up to confirm the proper phytosanitary condition of products of animal / plant origin. It is part of the shipping accompanying package of documents. All autonomous transport units (wagon, container, etc.) are equipped with a certificate. The document confirms the absence of diseases of the cargo. The authorized service of the exporting country has the right to issue it.

VETERINARY CERTIFICATE

A document that confirms the absence of infectious diseases of the transported cargo of animal origin (the animals themselves, including the places of their breeding, as well as raw materials and finished products). Issued for a batch of the specified cargo being transported.

HYGIENE CERTIFICATE

A document confirming the fact that the cargo meets the applicable sanitary and hygienic standards. It is issued by the Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision authorities. The basis for its issuance is the examination of the goods and the protocol of research drawn up based on its results, as well as the study and analysis of the documents provided. It also contains a description of the hygienic qualities of the product, which were identified as a result of the analysis. The certificate has a limited validity period - from 1 month to 5 years. The term depends on the type of products, research results, the opinion of the expert who carried out the certification, the documents provided and a number of other factors. Without this document, it is impossible to obtain a security certificate.

FIRE SAFETY CERTIFICATE

A document that confirms the compliance of products with fire safety requirements. This type of certification is also carried out for issuing certificates of conformity to GOST R. The procedure is established by the State Fire Service of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the State Standard of Russia.
